Has Your Foreign National Visa Expired During The Lockdown?

Are you worried about how the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic may have affected your existing foreign national visa status in South Africa? Did you enter South Africa legally before the national lockdown was declared?  At Tuckers Incorporated, we are able to assist with you with a solution to alleviate all your concerns.

The Department of Home Affairs in Pretoria has introduced temporary measures for foreign nationals whose temporary residence visas expired immediately before or immediately after the commencement of the national lockdown in South Africa.  Foreign nationals whose visas expired between the period of 31st December 2019 and 31st March 2020 will be granted an opportunity to comply with the legalization criteria.

Despite the national lockdown, Tuckers Incorporated is available to assist you.  Our immigration consultant is working remotely, and all matters will be dealt with via email until such time as the lockdown has ceased.

The volume of foreign national applications submitted to the processing centre is anticipated to be significantly increased once the lockdown has ceased.  Accordingly, we would like to encourage our foreign clients who find themselves in this predicament please to be proactive and make application via our office as soon as possible.

With our expert knowledge and experience, you can be assured of your paperwork being in order and an appointment being scheduled with the correct authorities.
