KENNY SMITH

Kenny Smith obtained his LLB degree from the University of South Africa and began his articles in 2010.

In 2015 he was appointed as a Director of Tuckers Attorneys and heads up the Debt Collection Department, Litigation Department, as well as the Alberton branch office.

He is a qualified and experienced mediator who specialises in civil and commercial law. He heads up the training program at Tuckers for job shadowers, interns and candidate attorneys.

He lectures from time to time at univerity level, educating students in various fields of the law. He has several connections to community upliftment organistations and is active within the community as a whole.
