HAYLEY APPEL

Hayley Appel, an Associate at Tuckers Attorneys, completed her LLB degree at UNISA, and articles at Tuckers. She is enrolled as an attorney, conveyancer and notary. 

As a conveyancer, Hayley focusses on township establishment, developments, servitudes, consolidations and subdivisions. Hayley also has a banking background in home loans. She is therefore well versed with the standard transfer/bond conveyancing process, from application and assessment by a bank, to registration thereof, and the procedures followed at the Deeds Office.

As a notary Hayley’s particular understanding of the authentication of documents for use outside South African borders, is priceless when advising clients in this regard.
