FHUMULANI DENGA

Fhumulani is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary. She completed a BA (Law) degree at the University of Pretoria during 2014 and a LLB degree at the University of Pretoria during 2016. She completed her articles of clerkship at MacRobert Attorneys in Pretoria, where she was involved in Road Accident Fund litigation, Wrongful Arrests, Tax Litigation, Deceased Estates and Conveyancing related work. She has extensive experience from her attendances in the Pretoria, Johannesburg and Limpopo Deeds Offices. She has attended to Openings of Sectional Title Registers, including the closure of Schemes and rights of Extension; Township establishments; Drafting of various commercial contracts; attending to subdivisions and consolidations, including notarial work such as drafting of servitudes, notarial ties and notarial lease agreements etc. She has attended to several residential, commercial and estate late transfers, including bond registrations for ABSA, FNB, Standard Bank, HBZ Bank, Albaraka Bank, Nedbank and Investec. She remains passionate about the law and is committed to broadening her skills and knowledge.
