ANTHONY LOUW

Anthony Louw (Tony) obtained his BLC and LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria in 1984. He completed his Articles with Moodie Moodie & van Rensburg and was admitted as an attorney in 1988 and as a conveyancer in September 1995.
He was appointed as a director of Tuckers Attorneys in March 2005 and specialises in the fields of Commercial Law, Company Law Property Law, Business and Share Transfer Agreements.
He litigates in both the High Court and the Magistrates’ Court, and has been admitted in accordance with Section 4(3) of the High Courts Act No. 62 of 1995.
As a conveyancer Tony attends to the opening of Township Registers and Sectional Title Development Schemes, together with the preparation and execution of transfers and bond registrations within those developments.
